The Longview Chamber of Commerce is proud to present The  Annual East Texas Outdoor Expo!

The doors opened on Friday, January 28 at 12 noon. Weekend Passes along with daily admission were available at the door. The Event with all exhibitors and exhibits covered the Maude Cobb Activity Complex and directions are available here.

This exciting event was started in 1982 by Dale Clark and Gene Brady, owners of Longview Marine, and volunteers for the Longview Chamber of Commerce (now a division of the Longview Partnership). Early on the event featured primarily boats and yachts from dealers within the community.

Today the Expo is the largest boat and travel Expo east of I-35. More than 150 boats, 100 RV/travel trailers, and 50 ATVs and motorcycles from East Texas are on exhibit during the three day event.

In addition to the Expo, there are interactive activities such as a dog/retriever tank and the KidsFish Tank, special exhibits and live entertainment with special guests. And, not to forget, consessions are available at both buildings.

The East Texas Outdoor Expo provides the perfect venue for families from across Texas to have a one-stop shopping experience for their outdoor recreational needs. Nearly 10,000 attendees are expected over the weekend.
